Rice-Pea Salad

Ingredients
1.5 cup
Rice
1 tbsp
White wine vinegar
Salt
acacia
1 bunch
Radish
1 bunch Scallions
Dill
1 pt
Green peas
, fresh, or 1 pack frozen
Directions
Add rice to a large saucepan with vigorously boiling salted water. Boil about 15 minutes. Slice radishes.
Chop scallions. Drain rice. Add vinegar, salt and pepper, toss. Add vegetables. Let cool to room temperature.
